This 4 hour skills course is aimed at people who would like an introduction to mountain biking. It covers the fundamental skills required to ride off road on a fire trail or single track.
A sample selection of skills covered are as follows:- cornering, getting over obstacles, line selection, braking, gear selection, climbing and descending.The course is designed to improve skill level and confidence and is suitable for male and female participants. Children supervised by an adult can also attend.

The participant group size is a maximum of 10 to increase individual feedback from our coaches. All our coaches are level 1 or 2 Mountain Bike Australia accredited coaches.
You will require your own mountain bike and helmet, water and lunch. Gloves, sunglasses and sunscreen are highly recommended.
It is being held at Jubes Mountain Bike Park at Wahroonga, Sydney.
You must be available for this date as there are no refunds or rescheduling to other course dates.
